Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within this period.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for a return label. Please note that as a small company, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund. The funds will be credited to the original payment method used within 2-4 business days.
Lost or Damaged Orders
- Lost Orders: We do not cover lost orders. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout. If your order is lost, we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Once the claim is approved, we can process a replacement or refund. This process may take up to 10 days, depending on the carrier's approval time.

Damaged Orders:
- Warehouse Damage: If your order arrives damaged due to warehouse handling, we will gladly process an exchange or replacement at no additional cost to you.
- Carrier Damage: For orders damaged in transit, shipping insurance can cover the replacement or refund. If you purchased insurance, we can help you file a claim with the carrier.
